In this post, we will share several ways our clients are using integrations between Bookafy and other programs to automate their clients interactions.

New Customers It all starts with web traffic, right? We are going to share information on converting visitors to clients, and also tracking their actions.
Step 1. Use Bookafy Button generator to add your CTA button to your website. With Bookafy, you can add a call to action on your website... we provide copy/paste code that can be applied to any existing website. You can use this button to set intro calls or new client meetings. This is the beginning step of the funnel.
Step 2. You can use Google analytics and Facebook pixels to track your potential clients initial website visit. Then, you will add your tracking code (from google/facebook) to Bookafy. Then, you create a new action in Google that says, anytime an appointment is created... this becomes an action. Once an appointment is booked.... Bookafy will ping google alert of the event. This is the first step in tracking a website visitor to a potential client with intent.
Step 3. Once the appointment is made, Bookafy will automatically sync to your personal calendar and send appointment confirmation messages and reminders. You can choose when the reminders go out, and we will send a SMS Text reminder and Email before each appointment.
Step 4. Integrate your CRM with Bookafy and everytime a new event is created, Bookafy will create a new event for that client.

Account Review Meetings: Whether you want to meet your clients quarterly, 2x yearly or yearly... we can help.
Step 1. Create an appointment type for this special case. Maybe call it, Yearly Review. Step 2. Create the rules on which this appointment can be made... only certain times/days. Step 3. Sync these actions with your CRM. Step 4. Inside your CRM you can send your clients a link to book their review meeting. Once the appointment is made, the CRM will be updated to show the event. Step 5. Inside of your CRM, you can determine who has booked their review, and who still needs to book... if they still need to book... you can create a follow up email asking them again to schedule a call.

Step 1. First you will sync your personal calendar with Bookafy. This will help us show your real time availability, and prevent double bookings. Step 2. Create a button for your email signature... that links to your Bookafy booking page. Step 3. Add your booking page to your website with our Button Builder or Iframe code... Step 4. Now, clients can book directly on your website... or if you are emailing with them, you can respond "use the link below and grab a time on my calendar. Step 5. We will automatically add the event to your personal calendar, your CRM... and we will send the client a calendar invite as well as reminders before the appointment. Step 6. We can include a Zoom link or any special instructions ("I'll call you at the specified time" or "Use this link for our call")
Thats it. The whole process is automated... your customers will get great service and you have ZERO things to do before the call starts. You don't have to worry about anything besides showing up to the call ontime.
