The Bookafy affiliate program pays you a commission, in cash, for every customer you send us who goes on to pay. It is free to join, there is no application to fill in, and you do not need to be a Bookafy customer yourself.
One important correction, if you read this page before July 2026: it used to say the program ran on PartnerStack. It does not. Bookafy runs its affiliate program on FirstPromoter. If you went looking for a PartnerStack dashboard and could not find your account, that is why — nothing was wrong with your signup, the instructions here were out of date. Sign up or sign in at bookafy.firstpromoter.com.
Go to bookafy.firstpromoter.com and create an account, ideally with the same email address you use for Bookafy. That is the whole process. You land straight in your partner dashboard, where your referral link lives.
Anyone. There is no approval step and no minimum audience. You will do particularly well if you run an agency, build or sell software that sits next to scheduling, have an audience that books appointments for a living, or simply work with a lot of small businesses.
A recurring commission on the customers you refer, for as long as they keep paying. Your exact rate, the cookie window and the payout schedule are shown in your partner dashboard the moment you sign up — signing up takes a minute and commits you to nothing.
If you would rather see the numbers before you create an account, email [email protected] and we will send them to you. We would rather answer that in one email than have you sign up for something you have not seen.
Three different things get called “the partner program”, and people regularly join the wrong one. This is the fastest way to tell them apart.
| What you want to do | What you want |
|---|---|
| Send people to Bookafy and get paid when they subscribe. No support, no invoicing, no setup. | Affiliate. Free, instant, tracked by link. Sign up. |
| Sell Bookafy to your own clients, bill them yourself, keep a margin. | Reseller. Discounted pricing, sub-accounts, a partner dashboard. Apply here. |
| Run the whole thing under your own brand and domain, with no mention of Bookafy anywhere. | White label. A paid build, not a checkbox. Read this first. |
Most people who arrive asking about white label actually want the first row. It costs nothing and it starts today. Choose honestly — it saves everyone a call.
By your unique link. When someone clicks it, a cookie identifies them for a set window; if they sign up and pay inside that window, they are counted as yours. The exact cookie length is shown in your dashboard.
In your partner dashboard, under Links. You can also create custom links pointing at different pages — only pages on bookafy.com or app.bookafy.com will carry the tracking.
Usually one of these: they block cookies, they cleared them, they clicked someone else’s link after yours, or they clicked on one device and signed up on another. There is not much anyone can do about those.
If none of that explains it, email [email protected] with your partner email, the referral’s email, their signup date, and anything that supports the claim. Incomplete reports are hard to act on, so please include all four.
No, and we are sorry about that. We cannot credit referrals retroactively — there is no tracking record to attach them to, and doing it by hand for some people and not others would not be fair on everyone else.
Yes. Just make sure the client’s account is created through your link. If you are setting it up for them, open your referral link in an incognito window and complete the signup and email verification in that same window, on that same device. If you start the signup and then have the client click the verification email on their own machine, the referral will not attach.
Check the Referrals tab in your dashboard before they upgrade. It is far easier to fix then than afterwards.
Add a payout method in your dashboard once, and commissions are paid out on the program’s normal schedule. Payout providers and the schedule are shown in the dashboard. Tax forms and invoices come from your payout provider, not from Bookafy.
A commission can be declined if the customer you referred cancels inside the evaluation window — that is, they never really became a paying customer.
The thing that works is original content: a blog post, a video, a tutorial, an honest comparison. A bare link dropped in a forum earns nothing and annoys people. If you are stuck for an angle, the pages people actually search for are appointment scheduling software, the best scheduling apps, free scheduling software, and the industry pages — salons, clinics, small business.
